1. Order Processing & Preparation
Ready-made products are prepared for dispatch after order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.
Custom-made garments require additional time for design, measurements, tailoring, fittings and finishing. Estimated completion dates will be communicated to customers based on the complexity of the design and production requirements.
2. Domestic Delivery
We offer delivery within Malaysia, subject to courier availability and service coverage.

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Custom-Made Garment Delivery
For customised garments, delivery will be arranged once the garment has been completed and is ready for dispatch.
Where fittings or customer approvals are required, these must be completed before the final delivery arrangement, as agreed with JASBAH.
Additional fittings, design changes or alterations requested after approval may affect the completion date.
4. Self-Collection
Customers may request to collect their orders directly from JASBAH, subject to prior arrangement and confirmation.

5. Home Visits & Appointment-Based Collection
Where available, home visits, measurements and fitting appointments must be arranged in advance and are subject to confirmation.
Any applicable travel or visit charges will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
6. Delivery Delays
Although we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, production requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will endeavour to inform the affected customer and provide an updated estimate.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for checking their delivery information before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect it, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery, where permitted by law.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or your order appears to be missing, please contact JASBAH as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photographs or delivery information.
We will review the matter and work with the courier, where appropriate, to determine the next steps.
9. International Delivery
International delivery may be available upon request, subject to destination, courier coverage and applicable shipping costs.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges will be communicated where known and will generally be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
